Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Delivery/Business teams to understand their business strategy and talent needs of respective Business units.
  2. Experience in sourcing from different portals- LinkedIn, Naukri, internal database, employee references, references from the candidates.
  3. Working on different types of requirements ranging on different technologies for various levels.
  4. Scheduling of various rounds of interviews -Personal/Telecom/Video Conferencing & Coordination with the SPOC's and the candidates.
  5. Track of all the open requirements and updating the feedback in Trackers.
  6. Follow-up with all the candidates and ensure their joining on the given joining dates.

  1. Excellent Communication Skills
  2. Graduate in MBA HR.
  3. Ability to Quickly Adapt and Understand the Requirements.
  4. Knowledge on ERP, CRM Applications (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle etc) - An Added Advantage
  5. Good time-management skills
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. The traits of a self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented individual
