Desired Skills & Experience :

  • University Degree of MBA/ M Com or equivalent Or BE /B Tech/ MCA with throughout experience in Core Finance
  • Over 5years of relevant Dynamics AX / D365 implementation experience with Finance Background
  • Needs an exhaustive and deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or other ERP software solutions specifically in the areas of finance and cost accounting.
  • At least 3 full life cycle implementation of Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operation or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
  • D365 F&O certifications in Financial Management is preferred
  • Experience in Project life cycle activities on implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
  • Strong in communication and team management.
  • Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
  • Excellent decision making and client's engagement skills.
  • Capacity to mitigate issues arising with the customer during the project phases

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, plan, configure, test and implement Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Financial Management for modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash, Banking, Project Accounting at the client sites.
  • Assist the business users defining the business requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD's)
  • Work with Project Team on AX customizations testing, roll-out and post-live support
  • Extensive consulting experience with strong customer interface skills
  • Educate and train the Project Core Team members (Business Key Users) at the client site
  • Potentially work on multiple implementation projects from time to time
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Life Cycle Services (LCS) & VSTS will be a big plus
